Mid-West group of Companies, and a partner, have acquired a 112,000 SF shopping center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The center, known as Decatur Meadows Center, is located a few miles west of Las Vegas Boulevard in a busy working class neighborhood that is being revitalized, including large new developments being constructed on both sides of our property.

The property boasts 17 tenants in total including Opportunity Village Thrift Store, Dollar Tree, Dutch Brothers, a large motorcycle clothing and accessory retailer and a banquet hall and will receive a fresh new look in 2022.
