Ken Achs and Colleen Wilson participate on panels at Saskatchewan Real Estate Forum
The 5th biennial Saskatchewan Real Estate Forum was hosted in Saskatoon on April 30, 2019, with over 550 real estate executives and professionals attending to learn the up-to-date story about the diversity of the Saskatchewan economy and what lies ahead, the major trends in the Saskatoon and Regina real estate markets, and how they are performing from a leasing, development and investment perspective.
Mid-West principal and Executive Vice President Colleen Wilson participated on an expert panel addressing “What are Entrepreneurs Doing in Today’s Market to Succeed?” discussing how companies navigate changes in market demand, new technologies, manage risk and evolve to stay relevant and successful in today’s changing market.
Mid-West’s Ken Achs, who was the Chairman of the inaugural Saskatchewan Real Estate Forum in 2011, participated at the closing round-table session “Assessing the Risks, Challenges, Strategies and Opportunities for 2019 and Beyond” where the senior real estate executives who chaired the four previous Saskatchewan Real Estate Forum as they provided candid opinions, some humour, and their perspectives on real estate market fundamentals for 2019 and beyond for Regina, Saskatoon and the overall Saskatchewan market.
