Ken Achs recipient of the 2008 Fraser-Gatrell Citizen’s Planning Award

During the Association of Professional Community Planners of Saskatchewan’s Annual Conference held October 15-17, 2008, Ken Achs was awarded the 2008 Fraser-Gatrell Citizen’s Planning Award by the Association of Professional Community Planners of Saskatchewan (APCPS) on October 16, 2008.

This award is presented to a person who is not a member of the APCPS, though has made significant contribution to the promotion of planning. The potential recipient could be a politician, educator, journalist, civil servant or any other person who has directly enhanced the planning profession.
